Limelight Youth Theatre
LIMELIGHT is South Holland’s premier Youth Theatre, where members learn skills in acting, singing and dance, gaining a real taste of theatrical life whilst having lots of fun and meeting new friends along the way.
The five groups continually work towards a musical theatre performance under the expert guidance of the professional Limelight team in a safe, friendly and constructive environment. Each term culminates in a special masterclass and an awards ceremony, and discounted theatre trips are also organised.
Limelight Youth Theatre was established in 2004 as the resident youth theatre at the South Holland Centre in Spalding. It has proved very popular with children that have a desire to develop their skills in the performing arts and places are limited to maximise quality of tuition.
During workshops members are encouraged to learn acting, singing and dancing techniques whilst building confidence, making friends and having lots of creative fun along the way.
